Heaven, Man, Earth University of America Oriental Medical Research Clinic was founded by Dr. Richard C.H. Chong in 1990 in Los Angeles,California. In 1993, HME moved to Barrigada, Route 10 suite #408 on Guam in U.S. . Heaven, Man, Earth Oriental Medical Research Clinic has been offering Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Herbal Medicine and Professional Massage Therapy for the past 16 years. On January 9, 2002, HME reestablished HME University of America is research school of Traditional Oriental Medicine which provides Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Professional Massage Therapy programs. Training is provided for special aids students from Department of Vocational Rehabilitation students. (DVR)

After surviving several typhoons that devastated the beautiful island of Guam, it looked like a war zone out there! HMEUA expended facilities and established a new location on Route 16. New class rooms in the Lotus Building Suite 1-C 2-C and 2-D, Building # 2068, Harmon-Dededo, two buildings adjacent to Eglecia Christos Church, the big green church. Herbal processing room and Professional Massage Therapy rooms were built. Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Professional Massage Therapy classes are extended and offered to locals as well as prospective non immigrant students.

Professional Massage Therapy classes are conducted on Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays and Friday from 9:00 - 2:00 PM ....classes are on going during the entire year. Register any time. HMEUA just offered beginner's course, intermitted course, advance course, other types of professional programs and continuing education programs.
